Zapier

Connect HostFi to thousands of apps through Zapier webhooks.

Setting Up

1. Go to Integrations and find Zapier
2. Click Connect
3. Copy your unique webhook URL
4. In Zapier, create a new Zap and use Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
5. Paste your HostFi webhook URL

Available Events

HostFi sends webhook events for:

• expense.created — New expense added
• expense.updated — Expense modified
• revenue.created — New revenue entry
• anomaly.detected — Spending anomaly flagged
• bill.parsed — New bill parsed from email

Use Cases

• Send expense data to Google Sheets or Airtable
• Get Slack or Discord notifications on specific events
• Log expenses to your accounting software
• Create custom workflows with any Zapier-supported app

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect to deactivate the webhook. No more events will be sent.
