How It Works

  1. Click the Ask AI button on your dashboard
  2. Type a question in plain English
  3. AI analyzes your actual financial data and responds

Example Questions

  • “What did I spend on cleaning last month?”
  • “Which property has the highest expenses?”
  • “How much revenue did my Beach House generate in January?”
  • “What are my top 3 expense categories?”
  • “Am I spending more on utilities this quarter vs last?”

Limits

  • 50 questions per day per account
  • 500 character maximum per question
  • Questions must be related to your STR financial data

What It Can’t Do

  • Access other users’ data
  • Make changes to your account (it’s read-only)
  • Answer questions unrelated to STR finances
  • Provide tax or legal advice

How It’s Built

Ask AI uses your real financial data from HostFi (expenses, revenue, properties) to generate accurate, contextual answers. It does not use demo data or make up numbers.
