Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your HostFi account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
What Gets Deleted
All of your data is permanently removed, including:
- Profile and account information
- All properties
- All expenses
- All revenue entries
- All parsed bills and inbox items
- All integration connections and credentials
- All anomaly logs and alerts
- All receipt uploads
- Rate limit records
- Alert preferences
This covers all 16 database tables associated with your account.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the billing portal to avoid further charges.
- Connected integrations (Google, Slack, PMS) will be disconnected automatically.
GDPR Compliance
Account deletion is fully GDPR-compliant. All personal data and financial records are permanently purged from our systems.
