Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your HostFi account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

All of your data is permanently removed, including:

  • Profile and account information
  • All properties
  • All expenses
  • All revenue entries
  • All parsed bills and inbox items
  • All integration connections and credentials
  • All anomaly logs and alerts
  • All receipt uploads
  • Rate limit records
  • Alert preferences

This covers all 16 database tables associated with your account.

Important Notes

  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the billing portal to avoid further charges.
  • Connected integrations (Google, Slack, PMS) will be disconnected automatically.

GDPR Compliance

Account deletion is fully GDPR-compliant. All personal data and financial records are permanently purged from our systems.
