Managing Your Subscription

All billing is handled through Stripe’s secure customer portal.

Accessing the Portal

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal

What You Can Do

In the Stripe portal, you can:

  • Update payment method — Change your credit card
  • View invoices — Download past invoices
  • Change plan — Upgrade or downgrade
  • Cancel subscription — Cancel and revert to free tier
  • Update billing info — Change name, address, tax ID

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
