Managing Your Subscription
All billing is handled through Stripe’s secure customer portal.
Accessing the Portal
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription
- You’ll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal
What You Can Do
In the Stripe portal, you can:
- Update payment method — Change your credit card
- View invoices — Download past invoices
- Change plan — Upgrade or downgrade
- Cancel subscription — Cancel and revert to free tier
- Update billing info — Change name, address, tax ID
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
