Revenue Tracking

Track income from every booking across all your properties and platforms.

Adding Revenue

1. Go to Revenue in the sidebar
2. Click Add Revenue
3. Fill in the details:
   • Property — Which property earned this revenue
   • Platform — Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Direct, or Other
   • Amount — Gross booking amount
   • Date — Check-in date
   • Nights — Number of nights (optional)
   • Payout Date — When you received payment (optional)
   • Confirmation Code — Booking confirmation number (optional)
   • Platform Fee — Fee charged by the platform (optional)
4. Click Save

Automatic Revenue Import

If you connect a PMS integration (Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostaway, or Guesty), revenue from bookings is imported automatically. This includes:

• Gross booking amount
• Platform fees
• Cleaning fees
• Owner payout amount
• Check-in/check-out dates
• Platform attribution

Search, Sort, and Filter

The Revenue page supports the same search, sort, filter, and pagination as Expenses.

Editing and Deleting

Click any revenue row to open the edit modal. You can update any field or delete the entry.
