Email Alerts
Get notified by email when important events happen in HostFi.
Setting Up
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Alert Preferences
- Toggle on the alert types you want to receive
Alert Types
| Alert | Description |
|---|---|
| New Parsed Bill | A new bill was parsed from your billing email |
| Anomaly Detected | An unusual spending pattern was flagged |
| Overdue Expense | A recurring or scheduled expense is past due |
| Weekly Digest | Summary of the week’s expenses and revenue |
| Monthly Report | Full monthly financial summary |
Frequency
- New Parsed Bill, Anomaly Detected, and Overdue Expense are sent in real-time
- Weekly Digest is sent every Monday morning
- Monthly Report is sent on the 1st of each month
Disabling Alerts
Toggle off any alert type in Settings. You can also unsubscribe from the link in any alert email.
