How It Works

1. Go to Analytics
2. Select a property (or view all)
3. Choose your date range
4. Click Export

Export Formats

• CSV — Available on all tiers (Free, Pro, Business)
• PDF — Available on Pro and Business plans

What’s Included

The P&L report shows:

• Revenue by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
• Expenses by category
• Total revenue, total expenses, and net profit
• Per-property breakdown

Tips

• Export monthly reports for your records
• Use the CSV export to import into your accounting software
• The PDF export is formatted for sharing with accountants or partners
