Connect your Hospitable account to automatically sync properties, reservations, and financial data.

Connecting

Go to Integrations and find Hospitable
Click Connect
You’ll be redirected to Hospitable to authorize HostFi
Grant the requested permissions (property, reservation, and financial data access)
You’ll be redirected back to HostFi
Select which properties you want to sync

What Syncs

Properties

All properties from your Hospitable account are imported. You can choose which ones to track in HostFi.

Reservations & Revenue

For each booking, HostFi imports:

Gross booking amount
Platform fees
Cleaning fees
Owner payout
Check-in and check-out dates
Platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.)
Confirmation code

Expenses

Booking-related costs are automatically extracted as expenses:

Cleaning fees (categorized as Cleaning)
Platform commissions (categorized as Management)

Real-Time Sync

HostFi receives webhooks from Hospitable for:

New reservations
Updated reservations
Property changes

This means your data stays up to date automatically without manual syncing.

Manual Sync

You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the integration card on the Integrations page.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect on the Hospitable integration card. This removes the connection but all previously synced properties, revenue, and expenses are preserved.
