Upgrading & Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time.
Upgrading
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Enter your payment details (handled securely by Stripe)
- Your new features are available immediately
Downgrading
- Go to Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- In the Stripe customer portal, switch to a lower plan
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Your data is never deleted
- If you exceed the free tier property limit (3), you won’t be able to add new properties but existing ones are preserved
- Pro/Business features become inaccessible but the data generated by those features remains
- Receipt scanning limit reverts to 3/month
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription entirely from the Stripe customer portal. Your account stays active on the free tier with all your data intact.
