Upgrading & Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
  3. Enter your payment details (handled securely by Stripe)
  4. Your new features are available immediately

Downgrading

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Stripe customer portal, switch to a lower plan

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Your data is never deleted
  • If you exceed the free tier property limit (3), you won’t be able to add new properties but existing ones are preserved
  • Pro/Business features become inaccessible but the data generated by those features remains
  • Receipt scanning limit reverts to 3/month

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription entirely from the Stripe customer portal. Your account stays active on the free tier with all your data intact.
